Locations we support

Whilst we do offer physical on-site support options, there are costs incurred for extended travel. All businesses within the Brisbane CBD do not incur a fee for support.

For extended on-site support or a request for SLAs, please ensure you raise these within the design phase of communications. Unless otherwise stated, the following out-of-pocket expenses are incurred as variations:

 

  • For overnight travel and storage, the ongoing cost of additional nights over 1 is billed at full cost - a receipt will be supplied for taxation purposes.
  • For any damage to Nancarrow Consulting equipment deemed to be caused by your business, the full cost of equipment, shipping and installation will be billed.
  • For priority call out for support, a flat $75 fee (where not covered in agreements) is incurred.
  • The standard billable cost henceforth upon arrival is $100 Monday - Friday 07:00am - 05:00pm, and $175.00 outside of this arrangement
